JFS is sponsoring a new "Overcoming Isolation" support group for those
age 55 - 80+. At this time, meetings are scheduled for every other
Wednesday morning at 9:45. The next meeting will be on Wednesday,
September 15, 2010 at the JCCDC (110 S. Grand Ave., Poughkeepsie).
Meetings will last about one hour The group will continue on alternate
Wednesday mornings and is open to new members on an ongoing basis.
There is no fee, but a $10 per session donation is requested. The group
is led by Dr. Linda Tafapolsky, Licensed Psychologist, and Mr. Lee
Corwin, psychotherapist. For further information, please contact Jewish
