BLOGGING JEWISH IN DUTCHESS
As probably most if not all of you, I get extremely frustrated these days whenever I have to contact Customer Service for any reason whatsoever. It used to be as a kid I would prefer anything rather than going to the dentist. These days, if I have to call any Customer Service, I think fondly of a root canal.
So what happened? Even ten years ago it was not this bad...I don't believe it has anything to do with the outsourcing of calling centers to India or some other Far East country. I actually think that the outsourcing is a consequence of the problem and not the other way around. Let me share with you my take on it.
