Forty years ago, 11 Israeli athletes were murdered in Munich during the Summer Olympic games. Their crimes? believing in the Olympic ideals and being Israelis. But in the words of P.T.Barnum... the show must go on!. The Olympics were not suspended, the competitions proceeded on schedule with typical Germanic punctuality and there was no public acknowledgement that a hideous crime against the ideals of Peace and Brotherhood was even committed.
