YidLife Crisis is coming to Poughkeepsie!
Jamie Elman and Eli Batalion, creators of the award-winning Yiddish comedy series “YidLife Crisis,” have built a following by bringing their irreverent sense of humor to Jewish life, identity and culture—on screen, on stage and in Jewish communities around the world.
Their latest adventure takes them to Stockholm, where they discover a Jewish story many of us know little about: more than 250 years of Jewish life in Sweden and a surprising revival of Yiddish language and culture.
Join us at the Bardavon for a night of laughs, Jewish culture and plenty of YidLife Crisis shtik.
Presented by the Poughkeepsie Public Library District in collaboration with the Jewish Federation of Dutchess County and funded by the Norman and Jeannie Greene Fund of PPLD.
