The Litvish Life of Hadasah Hirshovitz Levin

Hadasah Hirshovitz Levin was an Orthodox Jewish poet who came of age during the interwar period of Lithuania. Levin's poetry exemplified the struggle between the yeshiva and the modern world in this lecture.  Jewish educator Tzipora Weinberg will provide a lens into Levin's work as part of a group of traditionalist women in greater Jewish Lithuania.
