Join the Jewish Federation of Dutchess County and Jewish Family Services for Friendsgiving with a Thanksgiving menu! This month’s Learn & Lunch Bunch features “Clicking on Bubbie,” a Jewish genealogy presentation by Richard Kurtz, exploring our Jewish roots and the stories that connect generations.

You’re invited to “Show & Kvell!”
Richard invites everyone attending to bring one treasured item connected to their family history—such as Shabbat candlesticks, tefillin, a photograph, document, letter, or another keepsake from a loved one—and share the story behind it.

Thanksgiving menu: Mac and cheese, stuffing, cranberry sauce, roasted sweet potatoes, pumpkin chiffon, and ice cream.

Menu is subject to change. Gluten-free options are available upon request. Please indicate dietary needs when registering.

As we gather on Veterans Day, we thank all who have served.

Suggested donation: $8 per person. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Everyone is welcome!

Advance registration is required so we can plan accordingly. Register here. When you arrive, simply give your name at the door to check in.

For questions or help with registration, contact [email protected] or call 845-471-9811.

No Learn & Lunch Bunch on November 25. Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

Learn & Lunch Bunch is partially funded by the Ann & Abe Effron Fund; the Bernard and Shirley Handel Foundation Donor Advised Fund of the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley; and an anonymous Charitable Trust, thanks to the guidance of Adam Belok, Board Member and Financial Consultant.
