Leah Koenig has been writing about Jewish food for over a decade, primarily for publications like The New York Times, The Washington Post, Food & Wine, Tablet, Food52, and Epicurious. She's the author of six cookbooks including The Jewish Cookbook (Phaidon, 2019) and Modern Jewish Cooking (Chronicle Books). Koenig is also the energy behind The Jewish Table, a clearing house for all things related to Jewish global cuisine.
