Get ready for a delicious journey through Jewish culture! The Jewish Federation of Dutchess County, in partnership with the Poughkeepsie Public Library District, invites you to a unique five-part event series in 2025 that blends Jewish culinary traditions with rich cultural insights. Each session features a talented speaker who will bring Jewish cooking to life with live demonstrations, tastings, and stories that connect food to Jewish lifestyle and heritage. 

Join us for our third event on Sunday, May 18th at Adriance Memorial Library for "Challah If You Hear Me" where the Challah Pixie will explore the art of breadmaking and you'll be able to try some of the Challah Pixie's famous challah! All are welcome!

**Please note: Due to the popularity of the program, it had to be modified because of the demand. You'll be able to taste the Challah Pixie's famous challah but will not be bringing the dough home this time. If you have already registered and choose not to come with this program modification, please let us know so we can open the wait list. We're so overwhelmed by your response, but she's only one Pixie!
