Join chef and Culinary Institute of America instructor Scott Swartz for a lively look at the history, identity, and flavors behind Jewish Mexican cooking.

"Sabor Judío: The Jewish Mexican Cookbook" celebrates the blending of Jewish and Mexican traditions through food, family, and culture. Guests will enjoy samples inspired by the cookbook from a local Mexican Restaurant.
